But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. 2nd Alfa in 40 Years... '88 Milano remained my #1 Fav driving car after 944, 330i, XF, A4, A6, e350, Mustang. Finally surpassed all of those great rides with my new '24 2.0L Q4. Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

Each person I interacted with from the service advisors to the shuttle driver, was friendly, and helpful. It certainly made a stressful experience more enjoyable. I felt like a valued customer the entire time.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

If Maurice were a super hero, his super power would be making great deals happen. He was friendly, helpful, informed (and don't even get me started on his accent)! I never once felt pushed or pressured. I am 100% convinced that the great deal I got would not have happened without Maurice. We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas.
