I wasn't even requested to do a review of this new Alfa Romeo dealership, but I wanted to make sure I had a chance to let people know what a great job they are doing at Joe Rizza Alfa Romeo. I brought my 2017 Giulia (which I absolutely love!) in for its 30k scheduled service, and received nothing but top tier customer service from the time I called to set it up, to the drop off and loaner car (which service mgr. Dan warmed up for me) to when I returned to retrieve my car. There's no denying the car itself is spectacular in every way. But it will take a dealership experience like this for Alfa Romeo to crack into the competitive performance/luxury car market. Great job!

I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

I drove to this dealership thinking that I wouldn't be able to get approval for a vehicle. Through the hard work and knowledge of JP, I was able to leave with a great car and an even greater deal.

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

So beautiful. Favorite car style ever. It is more of a tricky car though and best to find a mechanic familiar with them. This cars body is in great shape. Seats perfect and top as well. Does have a battery drain. But priced to accomodate getting serviced. These cars only go up in value. Great investment.

I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. When I first saw the 4C with its stunning beautiful looks and then the Spider which reminded me of an old Dino Ferrari I thought wow! Then I read it only had a turbo charged 4 cylinder and no manual transmission so I wasn’t too keen. Fast forward a few months later and I found myself at the local Alfa dealer and had a test drive. OMG! The handling of the car and the “connection “ I seemed to have with the car was nothing I had experienced before and this is from a previous air cooled Porsche 911 die hard!! I had to have one. Fortunately the Minister of Finance in our household did some maths and a few months later I was driving home a beautiful giallo ( yellow to you non Italian speaking car buffs) spider. Every time i drive this thing she always brings a smile to my face. Upon parking and exiting the car I never fail to turn around and look back. Is it perfect - absolutely not, the interior is cheaply put together, it lacks any and all creature comforts, it’s noisy as xxxx, but who cares? People risk neck injuries as they turn to see what it is as I drive past, kids love it and it announces itself a kilometre before it arrives anywhere due to that loud booming exhaust. Getting in and out requires grace and athleticism which left me in my teens if I had any at all but once snugly fit in those racing seats the whole cockpit surrounds you like a jet fighter ready to take off and boy does it ! It’s amazing how fast this car is helped predominantly by its super low weight and tarmac hugging low height. It’s such a visceral experience that every petroleum head needs in their lives.

I had my CR-V regular maintenance completed this week. Excellent service from start to finish. The bill was higher than I expected but I guess everything costs more nowadays.

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

I am in the market for a nice used car for my wife and the team over at Auto Park Imports mainly the gentleman named Zazar were fabulous. He was very attentive and understanding of our needs and was not pushy in any way. We did not purchase yet but plan on making our next purchase with Nazar souls based off of our last interaction.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

I recently purchased a 2022 Infinity from Baha Auto sales. I saw the car on a few website and made an appointment to go and check it out. While I was there in the waiting area a man and his family were waiting for their keys to their new car. We started talking and he He told me this was his 7th car from Baha. He has been buying since he was 18 and now he and was buying for his wife. He said they have always treated him well and that they were good people . was very impressed because most of the time people complain and there is typically no loyalty. I had my appointment with Aymen and he was very nice, not pushy. He was extremely knowlegeble and kept his word . I really appreciate him looking out for me. It was an excellent experience with everyone there easy with financing. They have a lot of nice pre-owned cars for everyone. I plan to pass on Aymen name to friends looking for a car. It was a really good Experience and I dont usually write reviews. I will definitely buy from them again. When I am ready for my next car.

I have had this vehicle for 4 years and couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy it. It drives great, more like a sports car which I have owned. It’s been extremely reliable with no expenses other than maintenance thus far and it looks great. Best looking SUV out there.

Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

2024 Giulia Quad Super Sport is the best sport sedan ever made. Comfortable, fast, nimble, and beautiful looks. Interior is well built and will age beautifully.
