I'd like to preface this review with, we are from out of state and depended on reviews while shopping for our vehicle and we were prepared to walk away at anytime. Our experience with Deluxe Auto Dealer was 5 star, beginning with first contact the after our purchase. Carlos was genuine, transparent and professional, we never felt rushed or pressured. I enjoyed exploring the roads with this car. The drive quality is impressive and it was extremely comfortable. The aesthetics could have been better, but I like it overall.

Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This was a much better experience than the ones had with another dealership where I purchased my previous jeep

I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. As long as people are skeptical of Alpha Romeo’s , I’m a buyer. The car is perfect for our needs. Cars are not a good investment, so if you want a deal go for a Alpha Romeo Gulia.

I bought my Alpha Romeo Giulia about 2 weeks ago. I have never sat in or driven one before. I went for a test drive and fell in love. I have owned many fast cars, BMW M4, X7 with twin turbo 8s, Audi's etc. This car takes me back to the old school BMW for the pure driver minus all the extra you pay for the fancy interior LED and tech screens. I needed a good commuter car with good mileage as my SUV gives me 15mpg combined. The Alpha is a great commuter but so much more! It gives 33mph pure highway, I get 27 combined. It's a fast and powerful turbo 4. But the car is light with a carbon fiber drivetrain, it is light and nimble and so much fun to drive. The styling and wheel package on the Veloce trim is stunning. I get many looks and compliments and many wonder what it is. It's a beautiful look with great driving dynamics, and ride is firm but comfortable. It is not as hard as a BMW where you feel every pebble on the road, but tight to the ground with low center of gravity. My other friend loved it so much when we took it for a drive and traded in his 2016 BMW 5 series with the M package. He traded in his twin turbo 8 for the the Giulia and loves the drive. Reminds me of my first BMW in 2009, pure joy. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. Alpha Romeo is not that well known and cannot demand the prices of BMW and Mercedes. I would lease as most European cars lose resale value. Positives are the sporty look and drive quality, sexy wheels and amazing engine and efficiency. Paddle shifters, cargo room in trunk and useable back seat. Negatives are they are a bit behind in tech in terms of Android Auto and Apple car play. It is wired, not wireless, but you can buy a carline device on amazon for 80 bucks to fix that issue. Otherwise, great.

I was very hesitant to contact Vantage Auto as I saw they had really nice cars and I was getting played by every dealership left and right. I visited 10+ dealerships before contacting Vantage Auto. None of them would give me prices over the phone. I had to go in and see the car and get my credit run to get prices and then there would be thousands of fees that I couldn't afford after wasting hours at the dealership. I found a nice Acura TLX online and called Vantage. Jordan answered the phone and was super nice. He explained to me the process and even gave me an out the door price including taxes and DMV. Their fees were by far the lowest out of all the other dealerships I visited by at least $2000. I booked an appointment for later that day, the car was waiting for me outside when I got there. We test drove it, Jordan confirmed the numbers for me again. We went inside, he had me approved for the loan within 30 mins. I went to the bank and came back with a cashier check for my down payment, all the paperwork was ready for me and I was on my way within 20 mins. I will only shop at Vantage from now on.

This car is perfect for fun in the sun. Alfa Romeo's attention to detail stands out. It is a joy to drive. Alfa Romeo's signature crest emblem is the mark of enduring style and performance like no other.

Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.

I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty. We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.
