A few months ago and about 10,000 miles prior, Hyundai in another state replaced the short block on our Santa Fe, under Hyundai?s extended warranty for defective rod bearing issues. When the car suddenly lost power again about a month ago (despite our careful upkeep, performing oil changes every 4,500 miles at Hyundai service centers, as directed after the previous repair), we brought it in to AutoNation Valencia. Throughout the past month, Bladimir has walked us through the entire diagnostic and repair process, helping us navigate corporate and their engineers and providing a loaner vehicle when possible. When cleansing the fuel system (as directed by a Hyundai engineer) didn?t solve the problem, corporate approved replacing the short block again, citing a loss of compression as the reason for the failure. Although they said this was not included in the extended warranty for the issues referenced above, they did agree to pay 75% of the cost as a goodwill gesture. So, we moved forward with repairs. After the repair, the engine with the new short block still ran poorly. An engineer from corporate then diagnosed a further problem with the ignition coils, so the ignition coils and wiring had to be replaced as well, this time at our cost. We just got our Santa Fe back, and it seems to be running well. Throughout this whole ordeal, Blad and his crew at Autonation Hyundai worked hard to keep us informed during the repair period, did what they could to ease the burden of the process and all the repairs, and advised us on the future upkeep of the vehicle. We are thankful for all the work they put in this past month and are hopeful that the issues have been resolved.

Our soon to be 17 year old was floored when he saw his Alfa Romeo. It’s gorgeous inside & out. Smooth ride, great handling, luxury interior, sleek design, eye catching color. Great value for this 2019 Guilia!!

I have a 2017 Alfa QV. Unbelievable performance, while being an easy daily driver. Very reliable, great service from the local dealer. Best car I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had a bunch (MB, BMW, Land Rover GM and Acura)!

Great combination of style, performance, and luxury. Wanted 2018 or later for CarPlay, got a White AWD Ti Sport loaded with Ti Sport Performance package (Limited slip diff & Active Suspension) same as what's in the Quadrifoglio. If buying used look for that package, they don't offer it anymore in 2021 or 2022 and only on highest 2.0 trim "Estrema" in 2023 which starts at $57,500!

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. As long as people are skeptical of Alpha Romeo’s , I’m a buyer. The car is perfect for our needs. Cars are not a good investment, so if you want a deal go for a Alpha Romeo Gulia.

Everything is great EXCEPT the wind noise. I’ve had a busted driver door seal replaced, no change. Had the door adjusted and Alfa techs said it was normal, again no change to me. So I guess if you can live with the door sounding like it’s slightly open all the time.

Went the first time and the stuff very friendly, smiling & welcoming, beside showing me the sales lady the RAV4 I wanted, I wasn’t ready to buy that day, but came back a couple of days after, he got me a great deal. I will come back for my son’s car to buy.

I drove this car for two year and really loved it. It’s fun to drive and the aesthetics are unmatched. I had the “base” but it’s really totally loaded and looks and feels much more expensive than it is. The maintenance was pretty easy given it’s a new car. It had no issues.

I think it’s a great vehicle.Overall performance is great.Great modern design.I currently haven’t seen a car to match it in its class .I am truly satisfied with this car through and through.

This has been the most fun to drive car I have owned. It has great performance, great mileage and excellent reliability. I purchased a base model in 2017 when it was first "re-intrduced to USA" and kept it almost four years with no issues. I upgraded to a fully optioned Lusso version and have never regretted it. Alfa knows how to make a fun, efficient and "now" a realiable car.

Road-going, track-focused driving machine. Performance is incredible, from acceleration, to top end, to handling. Safest (active safety through proper, accurate handling & incredible braking, to aerodynamically -assisted stability) car I’ve ever owned. The Alfa handles as well & as accurately, with equal cornering ability as my old Lotus Europa; and is more stable on the highway than my previous Alfa Romeo GTV-6. Such a joy to drive, I never want to stop. Will it be reliable? With only 6K on the clock, it’s too early to tell. But, my old GTV-6 had over 250,600 miles, (before being totaled by an inattentive BMW driver, texting on her phone, hit me from the rear.) That car had a few electrical issues; but, once sorted out, was as reliable as my Toyota 4Runner. Hopefully, the Giulia will follow my GTV-6.

I own a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and love it. It has been one of the best cars I have ever owned. I have had zero trouble with anything on the car. I love the performance, handling, braking, comfort and options. Alfa did an amazing job on this model. I have had many sports cars but this car is miles ahead of them all, especially for the money. All it takes is one drive in this car and you too will be sold.

Since the infotainment update in 2020 the technology in this vehicle is really good! But who cares when it's literally the best driving car on the road right now. Fantastic acceleration and handling, neck snapping good looks, I'm really good fuel mileage to boot!

The Alfa Romeo giulia is an amazing looking, amazing handling, very powerful engine, and it does not come with a ridiculous price tag. This is my first car, and compared to other cars in its price range, it is way better by far.

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

I was looking for a car for about a week, spending 2-3 hours a day on it. It was very important for me to find a dealer who could help with financing, had a good selection of cars, and had great reviews. That’s how I found this dealership. I bought a car from these guys, and Bryan sold it to me. Big thanks to him! He was polite, professional, and even let me test drive the car by myself. That was really cool because I’ve never experienced that level of trust before. Bryan is a great manager; he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He just let me make my own decisions. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. The guys are so confident in their cars that they even offer a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can get up to a month after the purchase. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy a car. Great selection, outstanding value for money, and excellent service. Nobody is rude or pushy, and they won’t force you into anything. For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. It's been just over 1 month since I purchased my '21 Giulia, so I have no answer for items like long term reliability, so I rated it a 5 since it hasn't broken yet (hah!). Anyway, I will start off with the negative items that I can come up with: Any review you read, or video you watch will always talk about how bad Alfa Romeo's were back in the 1970's and 1980's. So was just about every other brand on the market back then. Today's car is so much different, that you need to IGNORE those parts of the videos and reviews that you consume. The 2021 Giulia is also much better then the 2016 Giulia when it first hit the market, and having several years to work out the bugs that were experienced in early reviews. Now that I've told you about the reliability issues and negative impressions from reviews, let me tell you about the things that I don't like about my Giulia: I have big, size 12 feet, along with long legs, and the front foot space in the car either in the drivers seat or the passenger footwell are not as comfortable for me as I would prefer. Sometimes, my right leg is full on uncomfortable when I have the cruise control set, and have a hard time finding someplace to put my leg for a while. You may never experience this, but I highly recommend you test for this if you are a long legged person with big feet. The base radio sounds great, but it doesn't come with either HD Radio, or a CD player. Now, a whole bunch of you are going to say "Who cares about CD players in 2021?" The answer is my wife and I do. We have hundreds of CD's that we have collected since we are teenagers, and they work perfectly fine, and I don't see any reason to have to abandon something that works perfectly fine. We bought a portable cd player to plug into the aux port in the center console. The one item I dislike the most about the Giulia is the headlights, and this is a completely persona thing. Please, test drive the car and night, and make sure the lights meet your needs for the areas you drive in. My problem with the headlights is that the standard lights are not adaptive, and only 25 Watts. You have to go up a trim level, and then pay extra to get the 35 Watt performance headlight option. The other item I dislike about the headlights is that the headlights flip up a shutter when you activate the high beams, instead of switching to a higher wattage bulb. You have the exact same amount of light in front of you, but now you can see the tree line above you, not actually any further down the road in front of you, which is what you actually want to happen when you turn on the highbeams. If you are trying to blind the sniper on the rooftop at the end of the street, thin these headlights will be perfect for your needs. I wish the back seat entry was bigger. Either the door opening a bit larger, or that the door itself moved more out of the way. That's it for the negative stuff. That's all I have, seriously. The good stuff: This car is just an absolute joy to drive. The steering and handling is fantastic. You can pitch it into corners and feel the car transfer weight, and pitch over onto the sidewalls, dig in, and slice through the corners, chicanes, s-curves, hairpins, decreasing radius off ramps, and whatever else you can throw it into with sublime control. It makes you want to look for the curviest route just to go pick up groceries. I have 2 traffic circles in my neighborhood, and 1 more on the way to the grocery store, and I always take delight in them when there's no traffic in front of me to ruin the fun. The engine is amazingly powerful. The transmission is fantastic. You have 3 power modes to play with that change the personality of the power output and shift logic. Advanced mode decreases maximum torque output to 200 lbs-ft, and decreases the maximum boost that the engine gets fed, along with increasing the AWD functionality if the road conditions are slippery. Normal mode gives you access to 285 lbs-ft of torque, and gives you nice smooth shifts, and lets you play with all the hp the engine makes, whenever you want. Dynamic mode engages the overboost feature, makes more hp, and will produce all 306 lbs-ft of torque, all while snapping through the shifts much, much quicker. It also holds onto gears longer, and lets you fully play with the car, as you start driving like a complete loon. I have run out of words in this review so here's my final advice: Do a brake stand to 2k rpms, and launch it. Thank me afterwards.

2024 Giulia Quad Super Sport is the best sport sedan ever made. Comfortable, fast, nimble, and beautiful looks. Interior is well built and will age beautifully.

2nd Alfa in 40 Years... '88 Milano remained my #1 Fav driving car after 944, 330i, XF, A4, A6, e350, Mustang. Finally surpassed all of those great rides with my new '24 2.0L Q4. Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Go Buy an Alfa!

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional.
