When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. Bought a used 2018 loaded Lusso Ti for a good price coming off a lease, in late 2021, for all the luxury and performance, it was a great deal, have had no issues, car looks great, is comfortable, and I just use Apple car play, and prefer knobs to touch screens ( it was funny to watch my son try to use it as a touch screen) can get 30 MPG on the hwy easy, but it's easy to go faster and get less. the DNA is Dynamic, Normal and Anemic, you do have to get used to the car not taking off instantly, D is OK, A not good for folks taking lefts on flashing yellows. Great ride and comfort for longer trips. and the backup warning works great!

But be ready for small headaches, ie electrical issues, AS WELL AS AC Issues. Also, not many dealers so you are stuck with one or 2 maintenance centers, at least in MA

Jack from service months ago helped me with my repair in a professional, caring and helpful manner and helped with all the problems/questions. I enjoyed exploring the roads with this car. The drive quality is impressive and it was extremely comfortable. The aesthetics could have been better, but I like it overall.

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

Best car I've ever owned! I've driven multiple luxury vehicles, and nothing handles better than my Stelvio. It's zippy, yet smooth. The A/C is the best I've ever experienced in a vehicle, the CarPlay is never finicky, and it is always such a relaxing drive (even in Houston traffic). I test drove a couple before I purchased, and I've never seen a model that was so consistent across all of their vehicles. I have had no major issues with this car, and it is severely underrated!

Recently purchased a 2021 challenger Scat Pack and was very pleased with the car and the service! Scotti our sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We looked at a couple of similar cars and before test driving them knew the total prices for each, why they differed and the pros and cons of each car. The prices we were quoted was the final prices, nothing else was hidden! All the staff here were friendly and professional and the purchase was faster than i expected. Highly recommend this dealership to those looking for more than a car but a driving experience! The inventory is not only diverse but impressive and prices are generally lower than market average. As I said before it is rare to find someone that goes the extra mile which is just what he did! I drive fast cars all the time and this car blew me away. I love this as my everyday car I got it fully loaded every option. I literally slam on the gas a LOT AND THE CAR CAN TAKE IT ! So far so good on reliability and my red interior and red stitching makes this car feel so premium. People always stare and try to guess what is it.

Very few road worthy driver's cars especially SUVs available in this price category. Alfa has done a wonderful job for the few who desire a driver's car. The acceleration, feel, cornering and handling are superb as is the steering feel and sound. A Ferrari like experience for those of us on a budget. Love it! Yes it could be lot more luxurious but then go buy a Lexus. I hope Alfa stays this way and financial and sales pressures do not force Alfa to 'soften' the ride and ruin a masterpiece driving experience like some manufacturers have done.

I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

Beautiful Italian styling with performance to match! Great handling, puts a smile on my face every time I drive it! Very nice interior! Love the wood trim on the "Ti" model! People usually ask me about "reliability" and I can honestly say after one year and 9600 miles, car has been trouble free! Some folks seem surprised it "only" has a 4 cylinder engine, but trust me, this car can move! Especially in "Dynamic mode"! I think these may be undervalued right now. A rear wheel drive, internal combustion engine Alfa Romeo sedan (designed by Alfa, not an upgraded Fiat) should be a collector's item in the "electrified" future! Especially the 505 HP Quadrifoglio models!
