The Duo I spoke with over the phone was very kind and listen to what I had to say unfortunately he did not have the vehicle I was interested in nor could he help me with any other vehicle I think him for time I'm on a strict budget and I could not afford any of the other trucks.

I bought an LT model new in 2013 and have driven it daily ever since. I have not had a single problem of any sort.....no repairs, service, etc. other than oil changes at the proper intervals. The interior has held up beautifully, and the exterior paint has coped quite well with being parked outside in the hot desert sun. The gas mileage is around 16 to 17 MPG, which is rather low, but it is a large vehicle. Acceleration is excellent, but there is a lag before the transmission downshifts for passing. Overall, it is one of the nicest, quietest vehicles I have ever owned.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very respectful. The work was done quickly are professionally.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Kim and her staff at Herlong in Edgefield, SC did a great job finding the right truck for me which was very beneficial for my business. The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.
