The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

My uncle had a 2008 and he always had it in his garage . When he passed I got it and the dash in front around the passengers airbag the dash is peeling up and also peeled up around defrost.

This is my daily drive. Bought new in 2014 and have 93,000 miles. The car itself is gorgeous and looks sporty. For the time, this was luxury. Drives smooth, looks nice, interior has nice features, but in 2024 it is definitely 'dated' to say the least. No back up cameras, no drive assist or passing vehicle warnings, and no touch screen apps like the new vehicles have. But the heated seats work well, the AC is great, and it's fast and smooth. Don't get me wrong. I love my car. I've babied my car. The review of the vehicle is positive and I'd buy it again. But here are my complaints: 1. There is a huge delay between putting your foot down and getting those RPMs up. Response time is slow. This is definitely electronically intended. 2. For some reason, the window wipers fail. Been that way since day 1. Maybe this was a fault model. But it doesn't last long. Likely just a one off. 3. The battery and the serpentine belt are hidden behind the wheel well. It means you either have the tools and time at home, or you bring it into a shop. The design is ridiculous. 4. The spacers between the back windows deteriorate. I am not sure why its made of some different material than the rest of the exterior and window, but it's definitely a design flaw. Sadly, there arent many other vehicles, at least in 2024 that come close to the quality and design of the 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited with the same or similar price tag. Instead you're looking at vehicles 2-4x the price. I've enjoyed it a lot. I've received plenty of compliments over the years. Hopefully it will last me another 10 years. At 93,000 miles and now 12 years old, I've only had to replace the front rotors, the struts, and stabilizer bar.

The staff here was wonderful and they had reasonable prices on their cars. Pointe Auto is definitely somewhere we will be returning when we are in the hunt for another vehicle! God bless you guys for making a difficult time a little easier :) Although we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for this time around, you never made me feel pressured about buying something that didn't quite "fit" us. I never thought I'd own a Jeep in my lifetime, then five years ago I bought a used 2014 Jeep Patriot and was amazed by its fuel economy and reliability for a mid-size SUV. Then three months ago my sister needed a car, and I passed the Patriot along to her, so I began doing research to buy another used car for myself and found the 2014 Jeep Compass. Now I'm the proud owner of not one but two Jeeps! I fell in love with it because of its looks as it is "less boxy" than the Patriot and the interior is basically a replica of a car I'm already used to driving. Find it a little bit roomier than the Patriot, love the top of the gate spoiler and the headlights design as well as the focused (foglights?). I can carry a ton of stuff in the back specially since I added the retractable cargo cover for privacy and safety. I definitely recommend this crossover SUV, it delivers a ton for its value. Definitely money well invested.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

I was looking across the states for a "vintage" car that was hard to find. I found it at Point Auto. Josh and Logan were excellent in answering all of my questions and concerns long distance. They were very timely in their response to emails, texts, and phone calls. They provided excellent customer service! Once it came to negotiating a price, Josh was very willing and helpful; the purchase transaction was seamless. The next step was getting the car to Oregon. They assured me that they could work with any car carrier and make it happen. I basically bought the car sight unseen with the exception of photos. (I did hire a mobile mechanic to check the car out for me.) I had to trust Point Auto that they would be good on their word. Upon arrival, I found the car was exactly as they presented it to be and was just what I expected! Josh even followed up it's arrival by checking in with me as to how it was going with the car. I highly recommend Point Auto for your next used car purchase!

I loved my 06 buick Rendezvous CXL. I got it used with 130,000 miles on it . For 6.5 years it got me where I needed to go and I used UT as a work vehicle hauling thousands of lbs. I even got a tow hitch and towed first an 18' trailer then a 24' trailer that I used for scrap metal recycling. It pulled both like a champ. I towed loads over 6,000 lbs with no issues. But all good things must come to an end eventually. I did most of my own maintenence, and let's face it, I'm no mechanic. I don't know exactly what I did to my poor car. It starts up , but that's all it does. I'm debating on weather to retire it or fix it. Mechanics are so darn expensive. And I don't know if I can afford to fix it.

Service team is super friendly and understanding. They are definitely willingly to be ontop of any issues your having with your vehical.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

They sent a walk around video to start. Very easy and helpful. Simple and helped with shipping to CO.

I only have this not quite a month now and it is a nice jeep, I think a bit of a gas guzzler somewhat but overall so far i'm very happy, its a used car with low miles so i'm not expecting perfection ... we will see but so far i like the look i've done some things to improve its look as well and overall 3.5 stars i guess is best to say. Brought with 76k miles.

I have never felt so heard and understood when looking for a car or trying to trade in a current vehicle before. I just recently traded it in. I loved everything about my van! I'm still a little sad I had the bells you could think of , the stow and go is so needed, I loved how it handled. I never really had anything mechanically wrong with it that wasn't expected. Im not a fan of leather and the driver side cracked within weeks that I got it for NO reason. My kids loved the second row heated seats. I wish if had cool seats. Only complaint was the side monitors. I had to get them replaced 3 times. If I didn't get the warranty when I got it I would have never of gotten them fixed. They did stop working after my warranty was up and it would cost $1,000. I found a way on YouTube to fix the problem if I could have afforded it. Oh and when the side car monitors stop working it dinged and dinged and dinged .I tried to turn it off but the screen wouldn't let me. It finally let me after two weeks of dinging. I was going insaine! But over all I loved It. I would get another if I needed the room. I went down in size that's the only reason I traded it in. My kids are getting older. I traded it in at 157,000 miles.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

The plastic plate across the front of the car comes off and have had to replace it once and now can't afford to put a new one back on!!!! The car has less then 40,000 not bad for 2012 when I bought with 139 miles...LOL! Breaks need to be replaced and the interior of the car needs deep cleaning. I love my Cruze man!!!

When I first visited the dealership, It was not a positive experience. I wasn't going to go back, but decided to try a different salesman. Travis Hoover was quick to greet me and very considerate when I explained I had been there before but wanted a different salesman if I could. He was wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Asked pertinent questions but was not pushy at all. he truly wanted me to have a great experience and hopefully a new vehicle. I did buy a Kona that day. Travis walked me though the process. Listened to my concerns and was quick to act on them. I had a great experience. I now have a great new Kona. I am happy I went back.

I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.
