Sales Dept was excellent. Finance Dept was not very good. Made mistakes during the buying process and too over a week to copies of all the documents. A month after the sales the back office was still processing the paperwork for vehicle registration.

I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. He took me on a drive via FaceTime and even found a chip in the window and had it fixed before delivery. Worked with alex long. He was upfront with me on the jaguar xk that i was interested in. He replaced the top, at their expense, and shipped the jaguar to my location in ft myers. Originally quoted $900 for shipping and it was only $700. I would highly recommend this company. Alex is one of the owners.

Perfect service, great cars, great events. James Cox is the best! Gary too. Cosmo and Elia as well. All staff including service sept are too notch. I have gone to few events recently and they were very enjoyable. Obviously you should get your Aston at Aston Martin San Diego! Any problem you encounter will be handled. I find it hard to believe that the dealership would NOT address a problem as mentioned in another review. And I can say that from experience because I have purchased three Aston's from Aston of SD and would never think of going anywhere else!

Mike Ward is currently building brand mew facilities that should rate an excellent rating. Our salesman was Tom Von Bank. He was very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. Overall, Tom provided us with an enjoyable car buying experience.

I used Elite before and could say that Leo did a great job assisting me. Our communication was through calls and chats. I purchased a Chevrolet monte carlo and it was delivered in California safely. Very commendable company.
