I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

I don't live in Nevada and discovered a used vehicle listing by Towbin Ferrari. David Jin did a great job answering our questions over email, text, and phone and accommodated a test drive by a friend of ours who lives in Las Vegas. He was very patient and gave us plenty of room to make a decision. The purchase process was quite seamless with Maricar, and David coordinated with the vehicle transportation company to ensure it was loaded on their trailer and communicated status with me throughout the process. Buying a used vehicle out of state could be a stressful process, but that was never the case due to the outstanding service David provided throughout.

My husband and I just Purchased a 2021 Bentley Flying Spur from these guys. Adrian assisted us with a complete walk around video of the car prior to us arriving. He explained the vehicles history and made us feel ZERO PRESSURE. The paperwork and financing was done within an hour. We did not spend our whole day at the dealership dealing with negotiations. Perfect service, great cars, great events. James Cox is the best! Gary too. Cosmo and Elia as well. All staff including service sept are too notch. I have gone to few events recently and they were very enjoyable. Obviously you should get your Aston at Aston Martin San Diego! Any problem you encounter will be handled. I find it hard to believe that the dealership would NOT address a problem as mentioned in another review. And I can say that from experience because I have purchased three Aston's from Aston of SD and would never think of going anywhere else!

I was on vacation in Florida and visited Rusty’s show room. I was blown away by the quality of his inventory. I was impressed with Rusty and his wife. Very honest, forthright, down home people. After several discussions I purchased a fabulous Corvette. The entire transaction was smooth and easy. I have purchased over 20 collector cars over the years and this was my best experience to date.
