Used Audi A3 Premium for sale near Flower Mound, TX

After searching for over a year for the right truck, I made several unannounced, walk-in visits to Ewing GMC in Plano. Every single time, Josh Manning and Clayton Hass were exceptionally responsive and professional. Even without appointments, they made sure I was fully taken care of?quickly, courteously, and without any pressure. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Christy B is wonderful. My wife Mona and I chose EchoPark for our daughter Juanita’s first experience getting a car. Christy is very knowledgeable and multitasks well. She explains the ins and outs very clearly. We most definitely will be back. Our experience has been great. She even took pictures of us with a bow on the car. Needless to say, she’s now part of our memories. Also, Kyle was at the front desk when we came in and greeted us very warmly. Such great people. I was fortunate to spend memories with them.

Pros: gas mileage, features, style, Quattro is amazing, infotainment. Cons: A little pricey, already left me stranded at 2200 miles lol. Car wouldn’t start but after 5 minutes it did, along with a check engine light. The service department updated software modules and it’s been fine since. Overall: I still love the car. Despite one hiccup the car gets outstanding gas mileage on regular fuel, but pushing $50k is a little too much.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Adrian took great care of me and my car. He kept me updated on the progress of getting the diagnosis as to what was wrong. He provided an uber to get home and back to the service dept when the car was ready. It was ready exactly as he said it would be. Great customer service. Highly recommend Audi Plano service.
