Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. They worked through a unique buying situation for me and we came to a deal. Finance was easy to go through and didn?t take forever like most experiences. Facility was clean, inviting and everyone was friendly.
