My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. They were both very professional and guided me through everything, BUT they were also kind, caring, and concerned with my husband and that makes them the best!!! Thank you so much Antonio and Lee! I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Superb Customer Experience! Alessandra and Lee gave us outstanding service. The customer experience from the moment you enter the dealership is friendly, zero pressure, and extraordinary. Alessandra gives you her complete attention to find out your requirements for a vehicle. Real active listening. Then the required financial paperwork with Lee was efficient, to the point while offering you their different options. Jim Ellis has in people like them real assets.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I'd recommend the TDI version of the A3 SportHatch to anyone looking for a great, fun to drive, fuel efficient, sexy hot hatch, with an eye for detail and reliability.

Bought used and owned for over a year now and this car is amazing! smooth ride, great fuel economy, luxurious and very well crafted. I have been in an accident with this car and it held up very well and is a super sporty yet safe and practical car. 10/10 would recommend!!

In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

I spoke with Syed on the phone about a car he had in his inventory, Syed was very professional and helpful in answering my questions before I drove 3 hours to look at a car on his lot. I missed a turn and Atlanta traffic is a nightmare so I was late getting there, Syed had even called to check on me to make sure I was still coming. That's above and beyond. When I arrived I have to say they were very busy and they have a lot of very nice cars on their lot. There were customers everywhere so this is a high volume dealership. Syed was up front and greeted me with out having to wait. Again above and beyond. Although the car I came to see was not the one for me, I didn't care for the interior color, it was a very nice car. I had read a lot of bad reviews from other customers and I felt the need to share my experience. Again this is a high volume/very busy dealership, there will be some unhappy customers. Don't let that deter you from visiting this lot. There are a lot of nice vehicles there.

This car has been fantastic for any weather condition. It also looks stylish and is super fun to drive. I don't want to sell it, however, I never use it--so financially it does not make sense to keep it. I would recommend this car to anyone!
