The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

I have been Audi customer since last 12 years but since my last service in Sept- Oct 2023 the Audi started to ask for Engine oil every 1000 miles. The Service advisor suggested to top up the oil or issue might be with the Engine. We had to say goodbye to Audi and move to another brand. It was a good run with the Audi and wished it could have worked few more years without any issues. Hope to come back to Audi in the future.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. Bought this car in front wheel drive convertible option and with just 55,000 miles. Love the performance and it gets great gas mileage of about 30 on the highway and mid-20s around town. Bought it in 2019 and hopefully it lasts until 2029!

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.
