This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

I LOOKED AT SEVERAL USED BMW PRIOR TO PURCHASE THE ONE FROM SILVER STAR AND THEY WERE ALL HAVING ISSUES OR THEIR SALES MAN WERE PUSHY AND MAKE ME UNCOMFORTABLE , BUT AT SILVER STAR FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN I WAS APPROACHED BY RAY AND HE MADE ME FELT AT EASE HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HE KNEW BMW VERY WELL AND HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A CAR AND HE JUST INFORMED ME AND ALLOWED ME MAKE THE BUYING DECISION , AFTER TEST DRIVE HE SHOWED ME ALL THE SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE TO THE CAR PRIOR BEING OFFERED FOR SALE WHICH MADE ME AT EASE OF KNOWING THAT THESE GUYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS,

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

I've had my 2018 Audi A4 Premium Plus for almost a year and nothing but good things to say. It's great on gas, especially when you lay off the gas. I've averaged 37mpg on the highway at times. Amazing for an AWD 4cyl Turbo that pulls close to 5s to 60. Not to mention it's not a light car. There's a bit of sound deadening going on. The first thing I noticed when driving it was it's so quiet, especially on the highway. The seats are comfortable, I've driven long distances with it without issue. I like the layout of all the controls. There's a touchpad dial in front of where your hand can rest on the shifter. The volume knob is on the wheel and to the right. You can use the volume knob to click left or right to change tracks. Everything just feels well placed. I said it was like, your favorite recliner in the living room, but in your car. The handling is pretty decent for a car that is also comfortable. The steering is direct. Suspension soaks up bumps. I've driven a lot of econoboxes, some mid-luxury cars and this Audi A4 is impressive with having non-boaty handling and being the most comfortable car I've driven. Had a chance to drive it in a few snow storms and impressed with the ECS. With snow tires, it kept me going in the direction I wanted. A lot of AWD cars tend to be front biased and you will plow through corners. Turning off ECS turns it into a RWD, tail happy feeling car. I can't really think of any faults. So far no visits to the dealer other than oil changes. I've done about 14k miles since I bought it. Highly recommend the Audi A4. I'll never buy another brand again. Having great mpg, AWD, pretty decent performance. It fits nicely in the middle of the performance range. It's quiet inside. Comfortable. Everything fits in your hand where you need it. Not to mention rear heated seats too! Your occupants will be pleased.
