This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. In fact, everyone that I dealt with, Collin (Sales Manager) and Peter (Finance) were absolutely professional. I found the vehicle my wife wanted and traveled from the Inland Empire to make my purchase at Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa, so that says something about both my tenacity and the overall professional and amiable experience with this dealership. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Dealer add ons are extremely high, we were able to work on some of those numbers. Still high after bargaining, but I agreed since I wanted this truck. When Mariah came back with financing option, I come to find out that we can't finance outside, it has to be their financing or pay cash! Can you believe this? After everything done with salesperson, had to wait for finance. Sat for over an hour &1/2. Employess kept walking in & out of finance office, some eating, while customer just waiting.

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

This car entered to my standards and preferences. The car is ergonomic and stylish as well. In terms of performance, this car is legit and well rounded.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

Bought this car in front wheel drive convertible option and with just 55,000 miles. Love the performance and it gets great gas mileage of about 30 on the highway and mid-20s around town. Bought it in 2019 and hopefully it lasts until 2029!

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. Great car that has plenty of power, comfort and stability. This 2.0L turbo four cylinder is bulletproof and I easily get 33-36mpg on the highway. (And that’s driving between 80-85 mph!) The DCT transmission is smooth as silk, and always seems to know that gear you need when you need it. I highly recommend giving this car a test drive.

The short : Irvine Toyota was a very good buying Experience. I bought a used car. My salesman Was very good , (AndyV) he was very good at sending me updates of cars I might like. This actually went on for quite a while. His persistence was appreciated and not pushy at all.( no other dealer came close to my expectations). Finally I found something I liked and was ready to buy. The rest: The sale process was good, not too stressful. Yes You?re at the dealership for awhile but everyone I came into contact with was very nice! Customer service was 4??. Yes you have to go through the finance department and all that. Honestly It wasn?t that bad , they all have a job to do. After a few minutes I was comfortable with that. The finance person was very respectful and helpful. He answered all my questions. End part: I had a small issue after I received the car and came back to the service area. The service area people are friendly and very helpful. The person That helped was Samantha, she was very nice and professional. She took care of any of my concerns. The service area seems clean and efficient. Even the waiting room was comfortable. So final thought. If your looking for comfortable Buying experience, I would recommend Irvine Toyota.(I would probably make contact with a salesman before hand , so when u arrive you already have a relationship with the dealership) That?s my experience.

I've read other review and am a bit flummoxed by some of the comments. Great workmanship, excellent fit and finish, and plenty of power. While I agree previous generations of Audis have been less that reliable (I've owned 7 over the decades), I've owned my 2014 A4 quattro since new and how have over 105k miles on the clock. I've not experienced any of the problems listed by other folks. I did purchase the extended maintenance plan for $1200 when I bought the car and had it serviced religiously by the dealer at no additional cost (with free loaner car) until 75K miles. Since then I found an independent mechanic that specializes on German cars that does great work at a reasonable price. The car has long been paid off and, with the crazy prices new and used cars are going for at the moment, I have no plan to purchase a new model.

I only work with Audi South Coast. The entire team is focused on relationships, not transactions like other Dealers. Most dealerships have a bad name for ripping off the customers, trying sneak in fees to trick the customer. Not at Audi South Coast. My sales advisor Ben Kazanjian was wonderful. We have become personal friends. Derek Dicker the Sales manager is the god of cars, a true enthusiast that knows everything about Audis. Christopher Childs another Sales Manager made my deal happen. Another person focused on relationships and taking care of the customer. Sammi Ly the General Sales Manager is the queen of finance. She went above and beyond to make the numbers works. I've had my 2018 Audi A4 Premium Plus for almost a year and nothing but good things to say. It's great on gas, especially when you lay off the gas. I've averaged 37mpg on the highway at times. Amazing for an AWD 4cyl Turbo that pulls close to 5s to 60. Not to mention it's not a light car. There's a bit of sound deadening going on. The first thing I noticed when driving it was it's so quiet, especially on the highway. The seats are comfortable, I've driven long distances with it without issue. I like the layout of all the controls. There's a touchpad dial in front of where your hand can rest on the shifter. The volume knob is on the wheel and to the right. You can use the volume knob to click left or right to change tracks. Everything just feels well placed. I said it was like, your favorite recliner in the living room, but in your car. The handling is pretty decent for a car that is also comfortable. The steering is direct. Suspension soaks up bumps. I've driven a lot of econoboxes, some mid-luxury cars and this Audi A4 is impressive with having non-boaty handling and being the most comfortable car I've driven. Had a chance to drive it in a few snow storms and impressed with the ECS. With snow tires, it kept me going in the direction I wanted. A lot of AWD cars tend to be front biased and you will plow through corners. Turning off ECS turns it into a RWD, tail happy feeling car. I can't really think of any faults. So far no visits to the dealer other than oil changes. I've done about 14k miles since I bought it. Highly recommend the Audi A4. I'll never buy another brand again. Having great mpg, AWD, pretty decent performance. It fits nicely in the middle of the performance range. It's quiet inside. Comfortable. Everything fits in your hand where you need it. Not to mention rear heated seats too! Your occupants will be pleased.
