To be honest I don?t usually write detailed reviews, but AutoNation Honda Dulles truly deserves it. This was my third time servicing my Honda Civic Sedan Hybrid here, and each visit has been consistently excellent. In today?s world, it?s rare to find a service center where you genuinely feel valued as a customer but that?s exactly how I feel every time I walk in. Michael Helmke from the service team has been exceptional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes conversations, and makes sure I?m comfortable with the recommendations before any work is done. His honesty, professionalism, and calm approach create real trust and that makes all the difference. It?s the reason I continue to ask for him whenever I schedule service. During my recent visit, they also provided a loaner vehicle at no cost while my car was being serviced for three days. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience speaks volumes about how much they respect their customers? time and commitments. Not every dealership offers that, and it truly made my experience stress free. I want to emphasize that it?s not just one person the entire team operates with the same positive, customer first attitude. From check-in to vehicle pickup, everything feels organized, transparent, and smooth. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

The dealership is fine but I told that I have to have my own financing and arrange my own shipping.

Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

This car entered to my standards and preferences. The car is ergonomic and stylish as well. In terms of performance, this car is legit and well rounded.

Purchased a new Wrangler this week. Came from out of state because they had the best prices! From start to finish I was absolutely pleased!!!! I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

The ‘21 A4 Premium Plus S Line is my third consecutive Audi ... love it! Quiet, powerful, safe and fast! This conveyance offers a great deal of wonderful, useful tech, too. It’s two tone interior is gorgeous. Love it!

I’m a fan of the Audi vehicles in general and this older model hasn't let me down. The high mileage (120,000) is a concern but she has met most of my test so far. The body has some minor dings but overall in great shape. The interior is impeccable. The previous owners obviously took good care of this Audi as I can see as well as service records from Carfax.

This car has all new parts isntalled on it and is a very reliable and comfortable car! A lot of fun to drive around town.

So spacious. This is the only car I have ever owned that has allowed the option for THAT MUCH driver leg room. It feels a bit heavy around turns compared to my civic si coupe (as it should) but the Quattro really makes you feel super planted around all turns. Snow? Lol... unless we’re talking a three foot depth this car has no issues. Turbo charger... uhhh yeah! Love it (even as an adult) with the 7 speed dual clutch trans its not hard to keep this car outside of the boost range and receive rediculous fuel consumption ratios but if you want... take it to 3000 rpm or greater and you will feel that rush from the boost. What a fun and practical car. I think I’ll buy another! :)

This car is a great car. The outside modeling is great and the interior design is nice. Leather seats with tinted windows. Aux for music and bluetooth for phone. Has a navigation system with back up cameras. Overall a great car for the value!
