I worked with Evan and Joe on a new lease. They were terrific in walking me through the options on buying vs. leasing pros/cons. Evan had the deal done within the day and was driving the car the following day. Evan also walked me through the setup on the VW app and new features in the car in 15 minutes. Exceptional service from our Salesman James Wolfe. James called a few months before my lease ended and I wasn?t ready to discuss a new car yet. He patiently waited until the following month and followed up again. No pressure just a reminder that my lease was ending and he was happy to help. I appreciated this call and we met with James that weekend. From the moment we met James the entire process was seamless and at the end we both said do the first time in 30 years of buying cars we had exceptional service.

Always get great service at Audi of Indy. Rachael took care of my service needs which included a recall. The recall took longer than expected and they had to keep overnight. So they provided a loaner since we live an hour and a half north. Car was ready next morning when we picked it up. We will be back when needed.

I wrote a negative review of this dealership and since then they have gone above and beyond to help me with my issue. They have resolved my issue and never blinked an eye. Stephen my salesman was the best thing about this dealership. He is the best and Sam is a wonderful person to work with.
