Audi is great.
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I only work with Audi South Coast. The entire team is focused on relationships, not transactions like other Dealers. Most dealerships have a bad name for ripping off the customers, trying sneak in fees to trick the customer. Not at Audi South Coast. My sales advisor Ben Kazanjian was wonderful.
