When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary car wash and interior cleaning. They even arranged an Uber for me , which made the entire process stress-free-Thank you! The team was efficient, and I appreciated the detailed video showing the issue along with a full inspection and recommendations for future repairs. Highly recommend!
