Josh Greenlee (service advisor) always goes the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction. Needed a emissions inspection for a registration renewal. Had forgotten to make an appointment last week. Called Josh comings off a holiday week and was accompanied that afternoon. Outstanding as usual.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Ryan Bayer is an all-star! The level of customer attentiveness and attention to detail is second to none. I've purchased and leased many an automobile in my 1/2 century and this experience restores my faith that customer service is alive an well. Ryan is cast alongside an amazing team and my recommendation will be included in any conversation had about the beautiful Audi Ryan helped me find.
