I purchased a used 2024 mustang from this dealership in Dallas. I live in Houston. The whole process was easy, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Since I was so far away, I sent someone to test drive. The car was great. No problems. They were up front with the car originating as a fleet car (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). I was in the market for a new ride after losing my Grand Sport to my son (I actually gave it to him for his bday, dumb idea, I know but he’s happy so that’s all that matters, I GUESS!) , so I started looking around and found exactly what I was looking for at this place in Texas called the Corvette Warehouse. (I’m in Arkansas) It was a 2017 Grand Sport 3LT ZLE Custom to the T, Spice Red on Red. Low Miles. I talked with them on the phone and they assured me that the car was still there and showroom ready. So I flew out, took a Uber to the Warehouse and Boom! This was not what I expected! They have a freaking WAREHOUSE of Corvettes! It was like a candy store! I was greeted by a friendly sales associate who then introduced me to the owner Mr. Doug Ernest. Let me tell you, this man knows his stuff about Corvettes and was super friendly. I didn’t expect this kind of hospitality or the massive amount of showroom ready used Corvettes. Now, I did my research before I came, and even looked at the reviews. I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt because I’m also a business owner who understands that everyone’s experience is not the same. I have nothing but respect for the crew at Corvette warehouse, and Mr. Doug Ernest is also Retired Army, which I don’t know about you but I’m always looking to putting my money with the boys who fought for this country. Doug Ernest is as solid as they come. After signing and getting the keys I left on the service road and entered the highway realizing that this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, you owe it to yourself to go check this place out. Even if you’re not I recommend this place. Screw the bad reviews, go see for yourself, like the positive ones are saying. This place is Corvette Heaven.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.
