So I seen a 2013 Vette on there website with a 6 speed manual trans. Talked to Andy Rivera, he is extremely knowledgeable bout Vettes. I traveled 500 miles to see the car. I was not disappointed. Andy helped me in every way. However after I left I couldn't find my wallet or check book. I called Andy and after hour's he went back to the warehouse and looked for my wallet and check book, unfortunately it wasn't there, but they were both in my duffle in a pocket I didn't look in. Andy went over and above to help me and I enjoyed our conversation bout Vettes he really knows quite a bit. Best customer service I?ve ever received . I first contacted Audi grapevine interested in purchasing a preowned vehicle . After talking with them I found out the vehicle was not yet at the dealer but it would be in a week . This dealership is about 2 hours away and that was a big problem for me . I waited for a ride into town and my friend took me to another dealership nearby this Audi one . The deal fell through at the other dealership and Audi actually sent me an uber to pick me up and bring me there . They even fixed things upon receiving the car before I even got the vehicle ! In the meantime they provided a brand new loaner vehicle for me to drive home . Once my vehicle was done in the shop they drove it to me and picked up the loaner ! My sales rep Jeff did an amazing job ! Best in the business!

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
