New and used 2026 Audi A6 Premium Plus for sale near Lancaster, TX

Previous repairs by Audi on vehicle were noted during diagnostics. Repairs were completed. Also, the part quoted during previous service was incorrect. Service representative explained part needed for vehicle prior to starting repairs.

I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

I arrived at Audi Devon to have a rear tail light and bulb replaced. When I arrived my schedule was checked and accepted with no problem. On the way to the waiting area I saw Johnnie who is one of the managers. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. When you are sitting in the waiting room it's like enjoying a friendly home environment. When you leave Audi Devon after each service every question/decision/appointments/recommendations have been discussed and resolved and reviewed. The repair service is completed as a personal workmanship on each customers auto. You always leave Audi Devon with a smile knowing that all is well and repaired. Also, Johnnie is among the best manager's to work with pertaining to service. He is extremely knowledgeable/dedicated/respectful/ and understanding. Brought my car in for an inspection and as always, everyone at Porsche Silver Spring was incredible. Elvis Nguyen and his team (Kofi, Brian, and service manager Linda Harouna) addressed all my issues, answered all my questions, and made sure that before I left the dealership my car was in perfect condition (including handwashing my car) before I drove off. All our cars have been serviced here and I do not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Great service, great people, and good snacks too!

I just purchased a Q3 Audi Quattro 2024, very slightly used as a loaner, from Derek Fernandez. I have not had a luxury vehicle since the 1990’s, when I had a prized red Audi Quattro . Derek made the purchasing process perfect! Derek’s appearance was professional, down to the business like suit and shined shoes. It is refreshing to meet a young man that knowledgeable about his product and not pushy. He even shared some funny stories while his manager was inspecting my trade in vehicle. The immaculate Audi displayed in the showroom was stunning. Derek’s presentation was seamless. I am prizing the picture he took of me with the big red bow before I drove away. This is so different than the experience I had at Toyota across town, when I was led to a dirty “new” auto on the lot! I definitely would recommend Derek and Audi Denver to anyone! He happened to be a shuttle escort a year ago to a Showhouse I had displayed my Interior Designs in and the ride and escort were the best! I have told everyone at work to shine their shoes and treat everyone like family!

Nothing against the Service Staff, but so happy to have Renee back on board! He was once again: extremely professional, Courteous and totally engaged in my car being repaired right! I don?t know how he?s compensated, however he deserves every penny earned,PLUS! I have assessed that he is engine that makes that train go, my opinion!

We recently purchased our second used Nissan from Audi St. Paul. Both were great experiences, but this last time stands-out. Our sales rep Rasethnu was awesome, professional and caring. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

Car went in for oil and filter. During inspection, found the front brakes needed replacement. Service advisor, John, then provided me with a loaner. Very helpful.

Service was great at Audi Fort Myers Only disappointment was the cost. Audi as a company had the highest service and part cost when compared to Mercedes Benz and Ford (my other vehicles) for comparable work.
