Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.

I bought my audi a6 quatro s line 3ltr tdi automatic 2010 just under a year ago have had regular servicing and 2 new front tyres, just passed its mot last week, all it needed was two new front bushes, total cost £120-00,I have put just under 40 000 miles on clock since having her, never missed a beat, a few minor things such as wiper blades, rear boot lid struts but all in all, a very reliable comfortable loverly vehicle, and yes, I most certainly will be getting another

I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz A220. I have a rather long commute to work and wanted something great on gas. I found the car, met with the salesman and drove it home! Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. Before driving an A6, I used to drive a BMW 5-Series. I don’t think it’s even fair to compare these 2 cars. I love my A6. I love everything about it. It’s speed, responsiveness, features, tires, and the beautiful interior. I have had this car for about a year now with about 20000 miles on it, with no problem. I use it for daily commute to work, I drive 80 miles everyday. This is a great car for a comfortable daily commute.

Initially had problems with the front brake rotors. Audi replace them twice, but did not replace the pads. Turned out the pads should have been replaced with the rotors because the pads just transferred material onto the new rotors causing the braking shimmy to return. I paid for new pads on the second rotor replacement - problem solved. Audi could have saved money (and saved me money) by just replacing the pads and rotors the first time. After this, the car was great. Very comfortable, and quick. Gas mileage was very good - about 19 MPG in town and over 30 MPG highway with the 6 -Cyl. due to cylinder cutout when crusing.
