My spouse and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Tundra Grade used car. It was a pleasure to work with Alex. This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

From the moment I first walked in till my last visit , the customer service I received from Audi of Nashua was impeccable. The entire car buying experience was phenomenal and not rushed at all, taking the time to fully understand what it is I am looking for and understanding my deal breakers. Never wasting time on the nuances that lots of other dealerships struggle to implement well. Furthermore, this dealership is extremely lucky to have Matt LaBrecque. It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for. Great service. Made it a breeze to find a new car for myself to lease. We priced everything over email and the phone. The save me loads of time. I was already familiar with the car. So I simply had to come in to sign some paperwork. And get my new car!
