Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

My experience with this car has been very positive over the 7+ years that I have owned it. Great reliability, to the point that it feels like an old friend that will not let you down. I do have it dealer serviced every year and the service is expensive, but for this kind of powerful car, it seems like a fair value. At 40000 miles Car needed brake pads and discs - do a lot of short trip stop/go driving. One headlight bulb failed after 6 years and the replacement cost was $350. Seems like a lot for one bulb. Other than those things, no other problems.

Audi has done a remarkable jobs with their cars every since 2012. Their cars are very sleek and smooth to drive (better than BMW which I used to own and sometimes better than Mercedes as well). Audi's have been very reliable and the A7 feels very sporty while still being very smooth and I like this better than Mercedes' CLS competitor.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

This car meets all my needs. However, my original plan was to purchase the new RS7 which I found out would not be available until end of 2020, so I purchased the A7 until the ordered RS7 is delivered. Excellent condition. Fun to drive.
