I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

They were excellent. They got me right to the car I was looking for and They did not attempt to add any illegitimate fees to increase the price. They got the car ready for me so I could pick it up the next day ready to go. The experience of getting a car from this place went as well as it could have gone. I highly recommend them. I went here to look at an Audi Q7, I wasn't sure this was the car for me but wanted to look and find out. I was met by Josh who was a salesman. He could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable. There wasn't any of this in your face, you have to buy the car or someone else will. He just answered questions and understood my mission of exploring options. I did not get the Audi, it wasn't the car for me. But without hesitation I would go back to Mastria VW for any future needs. It was an excellent experience.
