Great experience buying a new Q5. Had a very specific list of needs that the dealer was able to find at another dealer in region in just a couple days, coordinating a dealer trade that saved possible months vs ordering a car to be built.

I was hesitant to go through the car buying process because of a very bad experience at another dealer (not Audi Bellevue). I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Rigo as my sales associate. I wasn?t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but knew I wanted pre-owned. He gave me several options and the honest pros/cons of each. I?ve never purchased an Audi before so he was very good at explaining the differences between Volvo & Audi (I?ve driven Volvos for 20 years). I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

I was in the market for a new car, and was interested in the 2016 Audi A6 Prestige Model (and was looking at some other car / SUV brands as well). James Roberts, who sold my family an Audi Q5 in 2014, was extremely helpful during the research process. He was quick to respond, thorough in his answers to questions, and patient with me during the car buying process. James was able to closely match the car I wanted with my budget, and although I didn't select the Audi, he was very supportive of my decision. The A6 model is an excellent car, but I chose a different car (a SUV model) for other reasons. I would highly recommend this car, this dealership, and working with James when looking for an Audi.
