Used Audi Q3 for sale near Harvard, MA under $99,994

Recently completed a purchase with Jordan as my salesman. Hands down the best buying experience I've ever had with a dealer: straight-talking, low-pressure, transparent negotiations. My daughter is looking to replace her car soon and I recommended Gary-Jackson Motors without hesitation.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Luca went above and beyond for me to get this car. When I first looked up the car online I knew this was going to be my car and I quickly made a downpayment for them to hold it for me for 3 weeks. No other dealerships would of done that for but this one has a great customer service. I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely do business with them.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

Great service. Made it a breeze to find a new car for myself to lease. We priced everything over email and the phone. The save me loads of time. I was already familiar with the car. So I simply had to come in to sign some paperwork. And get my new car!

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

Zach listened to our priorities and concerns and addressed each one of them keeping in mind what our goal was. On delivery day, Zach spent time with us explaining the technology and addressed what was important to us. I would highly recommend seeing Zach K. at Natick Audi! We love our new car!

Jeff in service did a great job for me with a new car issue this week

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I had big problems with the rims, tires, weel alignment on my SQ5. Ross Kowalik from Audu Natick helped to make the repairs quickly and very well. Thank you so much for his work!!

Jae is a professional representative. He truly cares about his customers. He was upfront about the service requirements and price.The waiting room and facilities are nice as well.

Jose was great. So friendly and easy to work with. No pressure. He wants you to feel great and will do anything he can for you. Tyler and Chris were great too! Alex is also very reasonable and also does not apply high pressure.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

Had general service done on my A5. Chase the service rep was kind, attentive and a good communicator. He took care of the car service needs and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for the car.

I bought my 2010 S4 here and had it serviced at this dealership ever since. They?ve always done a fabulous job servicing my S4. This time, there've been a few issues: 1) The service advisor told me my car is done by Monday, but then went on vacation and I didn?t hear from the dealership. When I called on Tuesday evening the car still wasn?t done. 2) The bill was $800 higher than the estimate I signed due to a billing error. They did correct it after I pointed it out. 3) They put my summer tires on rims on the backseat and must have slammed the door shut as the armrest is damaged. There is also deep indents on the seats because they didn?t put the tires on the protective mat. The only time they?ve been careless and done damage, sadly. 4) They usually clean and vacuum the car with service. Not this time. The car was in the shop for a week and I paid over $5600. The manager came out and offered free detailing next time around, which was nice. I?m still recommending this dealership since I am always treated with respect and they?ve kept my 2010 S4 in great shape.

Today was supposed to be a 60,000 mile check-up and oil change. It turned into a major repair. The team was knowledgeable, thorough by proving both video and still phonographs of the damage. They were able to provide an estimate for the work?to which I had sticker shock?and complete the work today, in a timely fashion. Ron kept me informed and worked with the repair team to reduce the cost of the repair. Honestly, I couldn?t be happier. Every time I have service at Audi Westwood, it is an excellent experience.

Services was fast and prompt. Everything was done aa expected. Advisor was good and explained everything. Will certainly return.

From the moment I first walked in till my last visit , the customer service I received from Audi of Nashua was impeccable. The entire car buying experience was phenomenal and not rushed at all, taking the time to fully understand what it is I am looking for and understanding my deal breakers. Never wasting time on the nuances that lots of other dealerships struggle to implement well. Furthermore, this dealership is extremely lucky to have Matt LaBrecque. It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for. Matt helped make the entire process painless and easy, especially being new to the area and a first time buyer, there were lots of concerns I had and was uneasy from the start but Matt was always thinking ahead and took care of so much. I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.
