My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I’m a pain in the SS to deal with and I wrote my own rules to the deal. The excepted the terms no problem. I had to call them on a repair, they didn’t blink and said being it in. I’m on my way and I fully expect them to be as classy about it as they were with the whole process. Everyone there not just my sales rep who was great and very courteous too.

Great. Has a GPS and rear view camera. Love the handling and safety features. Drove Volvo's since 1972 and finally “upgraded” after I saw what awful changes were made to Volvo by the buyer in America. May go back when I see how they develop EV!

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for.
