I purchased a certified vehicle from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, TX as an out of state buyer. During my interactions with the Mac Haik Ford staff, they were very responsive to my questions and provide more than enough information that I felt confident in the used vehicle that I was considering. Besided the frequent communications with my Sales Rep, Geraldo Holguin, the General Manager followed up to ensure my inquiries were being addressed. When I made the commitment to purchase, I coordinated a same day round trip flight to Texas to see the vehicle in person and complete the transaction. Because I did not want to drive the vehicle for 13 hrs, Geraldo put me in touch with Montway AutoTransport to arrange delivery. Overall, I purchased a certified vehicle on Friday, Montway picked up the vehicle in Texas on Monday, and the vehicle was in my driveway in Georgia on Wednesday.

I was treated so well at Toyota of Cedar Park. My sales person was Damian Denova , he was so knowledgeable , honest and helpful. I bought a Rav 4 and absolutely love it. I have had some questions since I brought it home and I text Damian and he gets right back to me and helps me with any technical issues I have with the car and Apple Car play. I was also helped one day by Jessie who was friendly and very knowledgeable. The manager Michael really made me feel like a valued customer. Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. I appreciated that they didn’t try to turn it into an all day process. I purchased the specific used vehicle that I had been searching for online. My lease was about to expire and I was contacted by Gary Swenson about getting a new 2025 RS7. He had one coming in and was still able to customize the car. We sat down with him and walked through all the options and configured the car exactly how we wanted it. The car arrived 90 days later we setup a date when we could come in and take delivery and Gary sent me a link to apply for the lease option. I did all the online paperwork so when we went in to the dealership everything was ready to go. All we had to do was sit down with the finance person sign some documents and we were ready to go. Gary made the purchase as easy as possible.
