This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.

I contacted them about a minivan in stock and set an appointment to visit. Marcel was able to set up a test drive and inspection. I noted 4 things to correct before going forward. He is currently working on fixes. I have put a deposit on the van to hold it and show my intention to purchase.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Wonderful experience at this car dealership. From the second I walked on the lot I was greeted by Joelle and she was so helpful! Made my car buying experience a great one, so much so that we came back to purchase another vehicle with her! I will be referring her to everyone I know! Well, overall I believe Audi of Palo Alto sold me a good car for a competitive price, it was delivered clean and without any weird smells. Some points worth mentioning, they did not disclose the correct status of brakes, as new and complete brake job will be needed soon, also, they did not disclose all the scratches on the paint job and on top of it, they make you sign some dumb paint protection contract that only lasts 1 year for a lot of money, they said it was already on the car and that it was a condition to buy it, I haggled without results. It was my decision to buy it after all but, not disclosing that before I drove 130 miles to buy this car, was not a very transparent business practice in my opinion. Also, I did not get the wheel lock nut key for the car and even though I asked them for it, I was ignored; I was able to buy one myself eventually.

Well, I haven’t received my purchase order yet, my experience up to now has been great! Once things are finalized and I have the vehicle, I expect things will still be great! My sales rep Juan has been very helpful, and I think went above and beyond to help me.

My Audi A4 was giving me an Emergency Alert for Service. I took it to Audi San Jose & they worked very diligently to find the repair it needed. I am happy to report that it’s working well now!!
