I rate myself as a picky customer who has specific wants and don't-wants... Instead of being tired of me, Denise and Nolan got me exactly what I wanted - in a tough way... Denise located the car, and Nolan drove 13 straight hours to get my car... What? Yes! 13 hours. No typo! I have never heard or received this great service! That was not the end but the start of the buying experience. The entire process was a complete joy. Got to experience the Sewell treatment, and it was a great experience. I don't buy cars every now and then, but I do remember the dreaded feeling of going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson with all the sweetened talk, sneaky tactics, hidden fees, and even plain lies. Came for a Eclipse, but spotted the Outlander during paperwork. Forty minutes later I was behind its wheel. Sometimes you just have to stay open—and they never rushed me.

Bill is the single best service manager we have ever experienced and we have owned Porsches, BMW’s, Jaguars and Audis. We would never take our cars to anyone else. The video inspection is a great feature and it found a key repair that needed to be executed. We also always receive a loaner. 5 star service!!

We came with kids, I feared it’d be long and boring. But everything was so quick and easy the kids didn’t even have time to get restless. Really impressed.
