We came from out of state with the intent of purchasing a specific Audi Q7 My husband spoke to Omar over the phone who was very helpful in answering his questions regarding the history of the Audi. We rented a car and traveled to Chicago, but Omar was off that day, so Pete O. was the salesman that Omar handed us off to. This gentleman knows his stuff! Pete was able to answer every question with regard to the Audi performance. Even though we already owned an Audi previously, we learned new tricks that this Audi can do. After our test drive, inspection and most of our questions answered, we started the paper process, which I dreaded. However, Pete made this as smooth as possible and again, answered our multitude of questions patiently. Pete also toggled our phones to the bluetooth in the car, this was very much appreciated so we could immediately utilize these services while driving back to our home state. Before our departure, I indicated that I was nervous following my hubby back in rush hour traffic to return the rental car. I was not used to driving in heavy, rush hour traffic He kindly showed me on the GPS the location of the rental company and recommended an area close by where I could park while my hubby returned the car. It was perfect! On the way home, we discovered there was no Audi Manual in the glove compartment, we were going to pick it up, but asked him to mail it to us instead. Thankfully, it was a good choice because we were able to outrun the tornadoes and get out of state safely. I recommend Pete for your Audi needs. By the way, he lives and breathes cars, and he really loves what he doing! It certainly shows!

I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

From the moment I inquired about the car I was interest in Albert felt li,e I was the only customer he was working with. He bent over backwards to make the deal happen. This is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing dealership. The display of the vehicles was very inviting. The staff was genuinely nice, not pushy, and very knowlegable. I bought car and it was very efficient and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

I love my Q4 E-tron Sportback! So far I’ve had zero issues with the car. Also the range is better than advertised. I got 300 miles on a charge, during a road trip from SC to FL.

My dad and I worked with Linden to purchase a used Audi Q5 as my first car. Linden was very patient and detailed as he explained pretty much everything I needed to know about buying a car and driving and maintaining my Audi. Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.

Nice folks, sales lady Lainie was very easy to get along with and although i didnt buy, id have trouble going back, except for the horrible traffic in the city.

I love this car.! Saved $400 the first mont of gasoline p prices. We do a lot of driving. This car is responsive, nimble, and economic.

I recently purchased my Audi with Dexter Gordon. From start to finish, Dexter was wonderful to interact with. He was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. If you want to interact with a non-pushy sales person who actually cares about choosing the right car for your lifestyle and budget, Dexter is your guy. He was also incredibly patient with me as I was quite undecided. But he gave me my space and time to decide as I am the type of person that needs to internalize options before pulling the trigger. To my surprise, he did not push me to purchase same day which I appreciated as I don't like to be pressured; purchasing a car is a huge decision. He was also transparent in his interactions with me. Thank you, Dexter for your patience and guidance throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family since my experience was so pleasant.

Bought a new Tiguan and everything went pretty smoothly. Didn’t have to do a ton of negotiation the sales person was very nice and was knowledgeable about the car. Got some additional perks on the car.

The car is fun to drive, and it goes further on a charge than indicated on the sticker. We go about 160 miles on a 80% charge with 60 miles left in the battery.

I had a great experience buying my tesla from highline auto sales, specifically Scott. We were able to talk and text to negotiate a price both for the car I was buying, and the car I was selling. When I came in to test drive the vehicle, the car operated as expected. Once we got to the buying process, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, with all the documents signed, and highline stuck to their word on the price we agreed upon on the phone. It was a flawless experience. Highly recommend them for a used tesla.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service.
