The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Beautiful dealership inside and out. Large selection of cars. Our salesman, Jackson Holtzman, was great! He was professional, polite, friendly and a good listener. We never felt rushed or pressured. After buying our new car, Corey Cross, the Product Specialist , spent about an hour or so going over all the amazing features of this car. Corey also did a great job! The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

We had a surprisingly (for me) good experience at Koons Chevrolet. Our salesperson Abdelilah was not pushy at all but informative. We never felt rushed, something that bugs me at a lot of car lots. Would definitely visit again.

Jacob Jay was great from the beginning. Chill, pleasant, informed, honest and caring, and always communicating on time. There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!

I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I spoke to Bob and Liat on the phone before I made the long drive. They quickly confirmed a perfect time for me to bring the car in. I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

My wife and I just bought a new 2024 Tiguan SE from Alexandria VW, and we were very impressed with the attention and service we received. We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. (It seemed so easy.) Thank you Atig Popal and Alexandria VW, for such a positive experience!

We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Real professionalism! Bought our new Telluride and had the best experience at Fairfax Kia. Flo in Finance went above and beyond in explaining everything we were signing and made us feel so welcomed. Our salesperson was so knowledgeable and showed us all the features these new cars have. We are super elated!
