Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us.
