On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am on my 4th Audi and i can say in all the years i have been an Audi driver this location is by far the only one i will ever attend. I was recently in Pembroke Pines due to proximity and i will never return. North miami is the best. Problems are always resolved. Thank you ladies you rock
