Service Consultant did an exceptional job at customer service and communication with me to keep me informed with repair needed, under warranty, taking care of rental for first 2 days and then getting me a brand new loaner, which I had for a month since the part was back ordered. I really appreciated the loaner and great customer service. Service Manager, Ashley, took good care of me when I returned the loaner, she was so nice and friendly.

As a previous Sewell customer, I know the high level of customer service provided. The sales experience at Audi McKinney was much the same and I would recommend Sewell Audi Mckinney to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Charlee was a wonderful sales associate, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the vehicle.

I fund it locally. I was trying to find a dealer in big city until I fund a car they carried. I didn’t expect to get the deal through at the first place until their man brought me to Mercedes dealership and try to help me out. And I finally get a better deal than I could get in indi. It took 4 hours to get the documents through. However they are very patient. I also get small gifts. What important is that the car has no problem at all and I didn’t need to worry about maintenance in distance. Recommend Parker and his boss.

My service writers, Jamie and Derek have always been the best examples of customer focus but on this visit, I had some issues related to the high level AI quality of my Q5, that Jon personally took the time to explain to me how to solve the matter after the service people did their usual first-class job with the diagnostic check. After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

George Alexander deserves a great deal of accolades for his superior sales business acumen. George demonstrates a consultative selling expertise of understanding his client’s needs as opposed to pushing car features. He did not make me feel like I was getting sold too and I have been in a sales career for 10+ years and have coached salespeople. George is stellar, honest and professional!

Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!
