We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

I was in to get my brakes changed, a gentleman Joe, brought to my attention that my car needed more work. He was able to walk me through the process and tell me what and why I needed to get done. After the work was done I was able to have a conversation with the manager and he also was very friendly and kind.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, we experienced outstanding service! George, our salesman, answered every question, guided us along the process, and stayed on top of each step so we were able to experience a seamless sale! We traveled over an hour to get to this dealership and it was worth the drive! Great service. Made it a breeze to find a new car for myself to lease. We priced everything over email and the phone. The save me loads of time. I was already familiar with the car. So I simply had to come in to sign some paperwork. And get my new car!
