Jacob Jay was great from the beginning. Chill, pleasant, informed, honest and caring, and always communicating on time. There was an issue with the car I wanted to test and he called me ahead and offered me a different one. He allowed me to drive as much as I needed to, and we bought it. He never pushed, never offered me anything I didn't need. Great dealer!

He knows Audis, and he really tries to get each client the perfect car. This time it is another Q3 for me. We had a superb buying experience! After test driving another Q7 at another dealer, we decided within hours that we would buy it. But it sold just after we left the dealer. So after searching online, we found one at Audi Rockville, who immediately got in touch and gave us a great deal.
