This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Booked an appointment for Audicare maintenance and state inspection. Linda met me at the drop-off. Then I headed to the waiting area for a cup of coffee. When I was waiting, I received a short video from Nick, who serviced my car. That was the best video i terms of details and clarity. After that, Linda wrote up the summary of the service and gave advice about tires. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxed visit with Audi Natick.

Both Brian and Veeral Bharucha, the Business Manager, went above and beyond to obtain financing for us. Both of us were so impressed with how well we were treated by everyone we encountered. For a company that sells high end luxury vehicles, we were treated like we were spending $80K on a new Audi, even though we were just purchasing a 10 year old Subaru! I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Douglas RJ Daugherty for the exceptional service he provided during a very stressful time for my family. In the days leading up to my son Josh Jr.?s return to Bucknell University on Sunday, August 24, we discovered that our 2021 BMW X3 was experiencing a coolant leak and issues with the heating module. We were aware the repair would be necessary at some point, but we believed we had more time to address it. Unfortunately, the leak began to worsen quickly?forcing us into a time-sensitive and difficult situation. With my son needing a reliable vehicle to get back to school, and the weekend quickly approaching, we were facing the possibility of either getting the work done immediately or trading in the vehicle entirely.
