I was purchasing a preowned certified RS five Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy but as excited about the car as I was in a genuine fashion I would definitely buy my next car from Audi Eatontown. I say that given the fact that I’ve have four Audis.

Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due.

Great car buying experience! I don’t like shopping for cars but the salesman helping me made the process pleasurable. I was comfortable with the entire process!! He was knowledgeable, courteous and answered ALL my questions with patience and expertise. His suggestions were constructive and extremely helpful. I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

The Service Supervisor John P. is excellent. He always takes the time to answer my technical questions and service needs for my Audi A4. the service is always completed within the time promised.

The price matched what was listed on the website, no unexpected add-ons. That was key for me. Transparency is a big plus. Wonder if they offer discounts for returning customers.

Picked up an Acadia in the fall. Went to other dealers first, chaos everywhere and numbers didn’t add up. Here everything was clear. They sent the VIN, showed the history and let me test drive it. The car is in excellent condition, even the tires weren’t throw ins. I drive it daily and I’m very satisfied.

Love this car and model have owned 2 Q5’s reliable one of mine had 195,000 miles and still no check engine lights or major repairs had to be done on it. Can’t stress enough how much I love this car! I do wish though the premium model came with the backup camera and the lane assist but that’s only in the premium plus models.
