This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

The other dealership was treating us like WE should be honored that They were helping us, we went to Beverly Hills Audi. Wow! What a difference. Ryan Bradley was amazing, honest and fair. He made sure we received all the tax credits and came thru with everything promised. We found the right place.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.
