I found a vehicle at Nexton on Carguru. Gytis was the salesman that I worked with through the entire process. Gytis was professional, responsive, accessible, patient, and accommodating to my request as I examined the vehicle. When I decided to purchase the vehicle the process went smoothly and quickly. The vehicle was transported and the driver contacted me and informed me on delivery time. When the vehicle was delivered it was all that it was sold to be. Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

My friend needed to sell the car after her husband passed away where the loan had a higher balance than the value of the car. Sean Shahsaver was very kind and, although Star Nissan was unable to buy the car, he let us know that there were two warranties on the car that could be cancelled for refunds and save her almost $1600. It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

These guys are great! All conversations were very professional, yet personal. It was a very smooth and comfortable process and transaction. They helped me to complete a pre-purchase inspection with my mechanic and went out of their way to assist and ensure that I was comfortable with the car and the process.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Owned various BMW's for several decades and now am an Audi convert. The Q5 is luxurious, has multitude of electronic features, good gas mileage yet powerful, and can fit my bike in back.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.
