From start to finish, personnel were very professional and friendly. Repairs were made as discussed and the system for documenting and communicating inspection points is second to none. Loved having the mechanic filming and discussing points while the care was up on the rack.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

It took a little too much time and effort to get in contact with your service department through the telephone it took 5 calls to get through.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Sent out feelers on a specific car on a Sunday and was contacted by Ana Valadez within a couple of hours even though the dealership was closed at the time. She answered almost all of my questions quickly and to the best of her knowledge and, as for questions she couldn’t answer, she asked the appropriate person the next day when the dealership opened. I had a good experience with the service department. It took a little longer than expected due an unforseen occurrence but I left feeling satisfied. Lindie took care of a payment issue in a top notch fashion. Kudos to her.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I purchased my 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy in February of 2021. J.T. was my sales person. I cannot recommend J.T. and this dealership enough. My vehicle is currently in the shop after my son had a minor accident. The service department did not have any loaner vehicles available so I decided to call J.T and see if there was anyway he could help. Not only did he remember me from 2 years ago but he worked with Sam to provide me with a loaner from the sales department. I need to also mention that Sam has helped me in the past as well. I am so impressed with the quality of service this dealership provides. They don't forget about you once the papers are signed and you drive off the lot. They are there for you, whether it's J.T or Sam in sales, or Justin in service who has even offered to drive me home after he was off work, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to give my business to. This car is perfect for our needs. It is reliable and extremely road worthy. It performs very well off road. It is also great on the highway.
