Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I insisted on an SUV. Nope...left with the Kia K5 EX. So not an SUV, but I love it. Michael was very patient with me and even drove to Appleton to get the exact color I wanted and delivered it to my house. He stayed until all questions were answered and showed me everything on the vehicle - and there is a ton of stuff. It's beautiful. Finance was a breeze too.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Seriously the best car buying experience I could ask for. Cars.com has little info so when I reached out to the dealer they sent me the link to the dealership website. Had the carfax actually posted on the site and easy to reference/compare. I reached out to say I was interested and was linked up w/ Omar. He was super friendly and understanding, knew what I was looking for/the type of customer I was, and def made the entire process pain free. He answered my questions, I never felt pushed into trying something else or adding things I didn’t want, and when i told him I was paying cash he didn’t bat an eye (I’ve been to other places where they actually tried to convince me financing was the “best way to go” and it’s annoying). He gave me the “out the door” price and even had the car parked out front so I could hop straight into the test drive and not have to worry about someone snaking the car from under me before I got there (he could tell I was worried living 1.5 hours away and not getting their until the next day that someone might grab the car, reassured me it would be there when I showed up). I even had to delay showing up by like 4 hours and he didn’t once make me feel stressed about it and it would be there when I got there. Once I got there this place was a well oiled machine and everything about the dealership/employees screamed friendly and helpful. Me and my friend joked about maybe this place would be a corner dealer shack with beaters out front, but this place was immaculate. Everything from Honda’s to Ferrari’s and even some UTV’s. Omar told me what the process was going to be and the moment I sat down he spelled out the steps that would happen and about how long the process was. The place wasn’t busy when I got there but 10 minutes into me sitting down the place got several customers. Even though they were busy, Omar made sure my stuff was taken care of, and he processed and signed my paperwork before he did anything else for other customers. Made me feel like I was his top priority even though I know he had to be dealing with at least a couple other customers. He even thought of the small stuff, like making sure my mailing address was up to date because it was different than on my drivers license (so that my permanent tags/title wouldn’t go to the wrong address). I genuinely hate the process of buying a car, but Omar could sense that and he made the whole thing actually enjoyable. First time I can say that about car buying haha. No b.s. after the test drive I was in and out of the place in 28 minutes. I didnt ever feel rushed, they let me drive as long as I wanted and didn’t make me wait when I was done and ready to sign. I don’t normally like to commit to one place for something as big as a car purchase, but ENE Motors was transparent about the price/info, Omar was friendly understood and catered to me, and was easy to talk to. I was a priority the second I walked in to the second I left....All for a car that they were selling under the price of other dealers around. Pros: -Great deal with no hidden/outrageous fees -Transparent carfax/website/user info -Great staff that understand what customers want out of car buying -no pushy or sleazy upselling tricks/tactics -answered all questions and when I declined certain options, was not hassled or argued with -huge selection with wide variety -felt like a priority the entire time -Omar and the guy in finance were super easy to talk to -super streamlined buying process that doesn’t waste hours. Cons: Nothing crazy just the layout of the dealership is sort of confusing and it took me a minute to call/find out where to meet Omar at, but that was an easy fix. Seriously, I’ll be buying all my cars here for sure. Thanks Omar!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)
