I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. Audi serviced well, completely, and timely. Service rep, Gage is always friendly, knowledgeable , and keeps us informed of status of repairs. He explains service needs, and carefully reviews bill to explain service completed.
