This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

I have been Audi customer since last 12 years but since my last service in Sept- Oct 2023 the Audi started to ask for Engine oil every 1000 miles. The Service advisor suggested to top up the oil or issue might be with the Engine. We had to say goodbye to Audi and move to another brand. It was a good run with the Audi and wished it could have worked few more years without any issues. Hope to come back to Audi in the future.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.
