Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. I was purchasing a preowned certified RS five Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy but as excited about the car as I was in a genuine fashion I would definitely buy my next car from Audi Eatontown. I would rate Audi of Englewood 10 stars, if that were possible! They were honest, kind, and fair. Buying this car was one of the easiest and most pleasant retail experiences I have ever had. I was in the market for a very particular car with very specific, hard to find options. They had the car which fit my specifications and didn't try to dissuade me or upsell me. The car was exactly as described. The process of buying it was easy. They prepared the paperwork on-line and I had only to sign some documents and the dealership. James Bak, my salesperson, could not have been more helpful, as was his associate who did the paperwork end. The dealership is very successful and stands behind what they sell. I had a minor issue with a missing trunk divider and they took care of it, even though they were under no obligation because the car was purchased "as is". Anyway, whether you are looking for a new or used Audi or any other car, I could not recommend Audi of Englewood more highly.

The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.
