I am not a person to buy a car from a stand alone car lot, but driving by Wheels Unlimited we noticed a shiny red Camaro convertible that we had been looking for. We stop, and out comes John, tells us about the car, who owned it, and the asking price. He gave us the keys, not knowing us from Adam, take it for a drive. The car was everything he said, and gave us a very fair deal. I had never dealt with a more professional car salesman than John. His friendliness, honesty, and willingness to make it a pleasant experience was truly amazing. Without a doubt if I am looking for a used automobile, John would be the first person I’d call.

When you think of going to a service dept you think about something being wrong. They not only fixed what was wrong but took care of things which I didn't even realize were wrong. Good job guys !!! Five stars all the way!!!

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

Awesome customer service with a nice personal touch Bobby Sosa went above and beyond to be sure we understood everything out Audi Q5 has to offer. He is patient and kind to answer all of our questions and still offered his time after the sale if we had any additional questions. Bobby made the car buying experience easy. Great team with excellent customer service. I have previously owned BMW/Mercedes, and most recently Audi from another local dealer.
